Bright Horizons Family Counseling is an out of network provider. I am happy to provide clients with a superbill to be submitted to their insurance for out of network reimbursement. Superbills are available for all in-office session, sessions at Gentle Giants Draft Horse Rescue, virtual appointments and pre-adventure intake appointments, but are not available for most Horizon Adventures experiences. If you are unsure if your sessions would be eligible for out of network reimbursement, just let me know!

Do I have out of network benefits for behavioral health services?
What is my deductible for out of network behavioral health services?
What is the reimbursement rate after that deductible has been met?

First Appointment
The intake session is 45-55 minutes and are $225.
Please see “Client” page for information on forms to complete prior to your first appointment.
Follow up Appointments
Follow up appointments are typically 45-55 minutes in length and are $200.
Extended sessions can be requested, but are dependent upon therapist availability.
late cancellations/late arrivals
Clients are responsible for the full session fee if they do not give at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for late cancellation fees. Sessions are not prorated due to late arrivals.
